How to Play

Publishing House is a 7-round simulation where teams make strategic decisions across 7 key metrics.

Each Round has 4 phases:

Metrics: Sales Revenue, Critical Acclaim, Diversity Index, Cultural Influence, Author Satisfaction, Profit Margin, Backlist Value. Each decision shifts these metrics. The team with the best overall performance wins.

Scoring: Final score is the sum of all metric values (normalised to their scales).
